Nick is the founder of 330Fit, a fitness and wellbeing brand built on the belief that balance is the foundation of lasting health. Born in Liverpool and raised in Manchester, Nick spent over 30 years in the IT industry, where he founded and led several successful companies and worked with businesses that grew significantly and sold for millions of pounds.
After decades of professional success, a period of ill health prompted Nick to re-evaluate his priorities. He realised that true success isn’t just measured in business growth, but in longevity, vitality, and quality of life. This discovery led him to transform his own health — and ultimately, to create 330Fit.
Through 330Fit, Nick now helps others find the same balance that changed his life — empowering people to take control of their wellbeing, build sustainable habits, and live stronger, healthier, and more fulfilled lives.

As a former semi-professional rugby player, I bring years of athletic experience, discipline, and passion for performance to every training session. My background in high-level sport has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to build strength, endurance, and resilience—both physically and mentally.
After stepping away from competitive rugby, I dedicated myself to helping others reach their full potential through fitness. I specialise in functional training, strength and conditioning, and body transformation programs tailored to individual goals. Whether you’re looking to improve athletic performance, lose weight, or simply move and feel better, I create structured, results-driven plans designed to challenge and empower you.
My approach is built on consistency, education, and motivation. I believe fitness should be enjoyable and sustainable, not restrictive or intimidating. Every session focuses on developing proper form, building confidence, and achieving long-term progress.
